Day two. We  take advantage our Malta pass, the absolute best way to see the sites in and around Malta.  If you visit Malta get one, it gives you access to all the major venues for a fixed price.  Today we are using it to enjoy the sun and jump aboard the Fernandez II for a day cruise to Gozo and the Blue Lagoon on the west side of Comino island.  Two of the three major islands of Malta.  The island of Gozo has  31,000 inhabitants, just under one tenth the population of Malta.  Not to be left out this mostly agricultural island has 46 churches!  In other words nobody has to stand during Sunday mass, there is a seat for every single person.

Upon our return we went to the trendy area of town called St Julian.   Known for it's restaurants and night clubs we had a nice walk and a light dinner.
